How to Print:

Press print from computer or ctrl+P or right click the page you want to print and click “print”.

Make sure the printer in the “printer window” has the printer set to Brother MFC-L5705DW or MFC-L5800DW or MFC-L5710. It usually is by default.

Make sure you choose if you want to print on one side or two.

Prints are automatically deducted from your account at 15 cents per page. Do not pay extra. Copies are 15 cents per page. Money for copies can be placed in the labeled bins next to the printer or amount of copies can be emailed to [email protected] and we will deduct it from your account balance.

We currently do not provide color printing. We will let our customers know when it is available.

IMPORTANT: If the green banner notification does not display from the upper right corner, your prints did not print. See steps below.

 

Printer Troubleshooting Steps:

If you cant find your prints by the printer…

  1. Wait a minute or two to see if it starts printing.
  2. If you did not see the green confirmation banner on the top right corner, check by the printer if your prints printed and you missed the green banner.
  3. If you saw the green banner and your prints are not by the printer, someone probably took them by accident. You may repeat your prints and take a refund from the change.
  4. If the green banner never showed and your prints are not by the printer go to the next step.
  5. Check that the printer is set to the correct model Brother MFC-L5705DW or MFC-L5800DW or MFC-L5710DW in the “print window”, not print to PDF, etc.
  6. Check that there is paper in the machine. If there is none, add more.
  7. Check that there is no error on the machine display. If there is one, call customer service at 866.OUTWORQ.
  8. Take a USB and save your print as a PDF to the USB. Plug the USB in the printer, click USB print, find your file, and then press print. (USB’s will be provided next to the printer with an orange tag. remember to delete your files when you are done.)

 

If your prints are not displaying properly on the page…

  1. Check that the Scale option is set to fit to page.
  2. Check that the print is set to one or two sided based on your preference.
