A single user kiosk is intended for one person only. It is intended to be a quiet workspace enabling optimal focus and concentration for all other single user kiosks. Please make use of our multiple user kiosks when shopping with a spouse, daughter, son, friend, or colleague. Please do not ‘pull over’ or ‘burrow’ another chair from another kiosk to ‘squeeze’ your spouse or daughter next to you. Additionally, we understand that at times, life happens when you may not have child care options. If bringing in young children with you, please be considerate of others and ensure that the child is quiet. If the child cannot remain quiet, please consider using a multiple user kiosk or coming back at a later point. Furthermore, we understand that at times, certain internet errands require the use of a phone call. A 2-3 minute phone call with a bank or customer service representative is understandable. For any calls exceeding 5 minutes, we ask you to please make use of our multiple user/collaboration kiosk (aka ‘non quiet kiosks’). Thank you very much for your consideration to our other users.
Pricing for Multiple User Kiosk:
A multiple user kiosk is intended for more than one person. It can be utilized by 2-3 people at a time looking to collaborate on a project, or make a significant purchase together. This room is intended to be a ‘collaboration’ room so to speak, enabling people to talk to each other.A multiple user kiosk costs $11 an hour instead of the standard $7.50 an hour. Your discounted packages are applicable here as well. For example, if you purchased our best value package of $3 an hour, the multiple user kiosk will cost you about $4.50 an hour. Wifi Access:
To register your personal device for Wi-Fi access you must fill out a form by emailing [email protected].. We do not provide designated desk space for wifi users. Depending on your needs, please make use of our single or multiple user kiosk. Moving the keyboard and mouse should give you sufficient space for your laptop. Please note: All existing Wi-Fi users must register before August 31st for continued use.

Printer:
PRINTS: Prints are automatically deducted from your account at 15 cents per page. We currently do not provide color printing.
FAXING: The cost of placing a fax is $1 per fax. Press fax on the printer screen. Enter destination number. Press fax start.
SCANNING: On printer, click Scan. Click on your computer name (Each computer is labeled with a name located above the power button).
COPYING: Copies cost 15 cents per page. Please pay at labeled location near the printer. Change is available.
Filters:
Please take note of the three types of filters offered. See separate sheet for details of each filter.
Please refer to color coded monitor labels for filter type.
NetFree: Highest level of shmirah, more secure than all other filters in many, many ways.
Meshimer: Meshimer is run by Satmar and have very high standards. However, their skintone image shading is not as good as
Techloq’s. They provide live phone support during business hours at 718-840-3400 Ext 5.

Maintenance:
At Outworq, we aim to provide you with top quality kiosk service. In order to ensure that both you and the next user is greeted with a neat,
presentable workspace, we kindly ask you to please take a look around your desk before leaving and:
1) Tuck in your chair.
2) Clean up all pens, papers, credit cards, and USB sticks.
3) Take note of our lost and found section located near the printer station.
